The Chalice and the Blade represents the conjunction of divine male and female energies, also know as the Great Rite. This image may also be familiar as Excalibre and the Holy Grail. The pentacle placed on the chalice symbolizes the active nature of the feminine energy, and the crescent on the blade or Athame represents the masculine energy as passive on the internal planes. A common salutation in Witchcraft, the phrase "Blessed Be" seals this sacred image. The ribbon spirals down the piece to symbolize the energy generated during this rite, creating a vortex of rebirth.

Materials
Cast Resin	Resin is a polymer which can be used for making molds as well as cast in molds. Cold-cast resin is generally for sculpture and means that the resin material is cast without the need for the extreme heat of a foundry. It holds very sharp detail when cast. Most of the major lines of figurines on the market today are made of cold cast resin. It is fragile if dropped and fractures similar to glass, usually in clean pieces which can be glued using a household super glue.
Hand Painted Detail	Color details are hand painted. Please expect slight variations - each is unique.
