Inspired from the Tibetan tradition, this little twist handmade drum is fun, great in your drum circles.
Hand made in Bali, this little drum features a hand carved wood handle with double sided goatskin head. Wood beads are attached on either side and strike the drum heads when twirled between your hands.
Traditionally, drums like these were used to produce noise to drive away evil spirits from a home during a cleansing and it can of course be used in modern cleansing rituals this way. It also makes a great noisemaker for celebrations like the 4th of July or for drumming circles.
As each is hand made, handle designs may vary slightly. This small hand drum is about 8 inches long and the heads are 2 3/4 inches in diameter.
